I was surprised how noticeable the gentle shifting is during a normal day of walking around the house. The silver finish feels smooth and comfortable enough to wear for an hour without any irritation.

The string makes these so much easier to remove than the stringless kind I tried before. I wore them while doing laundry and could feel that gentle shift with every step, and by day three my pelvic floor felt noticeably more engaged. Silver finish still looks nice after a few washes too.

Wore these on a long grocery run and the subtle shifting with each step was a nice surprise I wasn't expecting. The string makes removal so much easier than I imagined, and I can already tell my pelvic floor work is paying off after a couple weeks.
