That internal weight is no gimmick, you really feel the extra pressure compared to a plain silicone ring. The silicone itself has a nice firm grip without pinching, and cleanup afterward is a breeze.

Wasn't sure the weighted core would make much difference, but it really does add pressure in a good way. The silicone is firm without pinching, and cleanup afterward is easy.

The internal weight gives a nice grounded pressure that I didn't expect to notice as much as I do. Silicone is firm but still comfortable for longer wear. Only gripe is it takes a bit of lube to get seated right, but once it's on it stays put.
